For cooking mutton
half kg of mutton or lamb (with bones)
1 tsp of ginger and garlic paste
1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp of salt
For Gravy
1 & 1/2 tbsp of ginger and garlic paste
one hundred fifty gm of sliced onion
one hundred fifty gm of sliced tomatoes
2 tsp of purple chili powder
1 tsp of garam masala powder
1 tsp of salt
three tbsp of yogurt or curd
1 ts of lemon juice
1/2 cup of chopped mint leaves
1/2 cup of chopped coriander leaves
2 cups of jeeraga sala rice or basmati rice
